How does shipping work?

Free Standard US Shipping: 5-15 business days (excluding processing time)

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods pleas allow for up to 7 days. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given your order once it has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

We will not be liable for the delayed shipment in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part because of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, storm, snow.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are not responsible for the customs clearance/local carrier delays.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Our team works hard to speed up processing times and delivery so there is a small window of time to change the address of an order. If you need to change the address of an order please contact us as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make this change in time.

Once an order has been dispatched our only option is to wait and see if the order gets returned to our warehouse, In this case we can reship to a correct address or refund in full, minus the cost of shipping.
